This makes everything else worth something: every KPI carries points, points stack into a heat level, and the heat level sets the cheque. The rep who sells the whole plate out-earns the one who just moves core product — and nobody has to be told twice.

How it works
1Every KPI is worth points, and more points at higher levels.

Points come from any mix of levels — a rep can be Inferno on one KPI and Mild on another. Nobody has to be perfect everywhere to reach the top.
