THE WHOLE ENCHILADA.

Most reps sell the one thing they are comfortable with and leave the rest of the menu on the table. This makes everything else worth something: every KPI carries points, points stack into a heat level, and the heat level sets the cheque. The rep who sells the whole plate out-earns the one who just moves core product — and nobody has to be told twice.

Every box on this page is live. Rename a KPI, switch it between a number, a percent or a dollar figure, move a point value, retune a heat threshold, change what a level pays or the size of the commission cheque — every other number recalculates against it the moment you type. Nothing here is a screenshot.
How it works
1Every KPI is worth points, and more points at higher levels.
2At month end each KPI banks the points for the highest level it cleared.
3Add every KPI’s points together. That one total is the score.
4The total lands in a heat level, and that level sets the cheque.
Points come from any mix of levels — a rep can be Inferno on one KPI and Mild on another. Nobody has to be perfect everywhere to reach the top.

The heat scale

Five levels, five peppers. A rep can run hot on one KPI and mild on another — it all counts toward the same number.

Step 1 — Pick an industry

Nine KPIs and realistic per-rep goals drop straight in. Targets scale by tier automatically.

Step 2 — The recipe

Weight the KPIs you actually want sold. Put real points on the attach lines and watch where the effort goes.

Step 3 — Heat levels & payout

Each level needs a point total to unlock, and pays a percentage on top of the commission cheque when it does. Both numbers are editable.

$Each level pays this plus its bonus percentage. Change it and every cheque below follows.

Step 4 — Month-end tally

Enter the month. Every KPI banks the tier it cleared — including the ones that usually get ignored.

KPIActual Level ClearedPoints

A KPI banks the points of the highest tier its actual clears. Below Bonus 1 it banks nothing — there is no partial credit.
