Most leaders run goal-setting and rep-scoring in separate spreadsheets. The result: goals get set with one mental model, performance gets scored with another, and the two never meet until comp time when nobody remembers why the goal was the goal in the first place. Pulse Matrix fixes that by locking the two views together — every rep's next-month goal sits beside their current Pulse Check score, the comp conversation has all the context in one frame, and there's no "we set the goal high because…" argument.

This is the locked combined view. It exists for owners who want a single source of truth for "what we said the rep would do" and "what the rep actually did." Modifications require a password — once the matrix is set, it stays set, because that's the whole point.
