ANNAPOLIS, MD — April 13, 2026PULSE RevOps, the free open-source revenue operating system created by Chief Revenue Officer Kory J. White, today shipped its largest update since the September 2025 launch. The spring release rebuilds the onboarding walkthrough end-to-end, hard-wires the Pulse Check matrix to live house goals, introduces a break-even rep scheduling calculator, and brings PULSE's autonomous AI-First Engine online for every user — at no cost, with no signup, no paywall, and no catch.

The update is live now at pulserevops.com/dashboard.html and rolls out automatically to every visitor.

"Every feature in this update came from one question: would I actually use this on a Tuesday morning if I were running a 12-rep team out of a strip mall? If the answer was no, it didn't ship. Spreadsheets are where revenue goes to die. PULSE is the antidote — and now it runs itself." — Kory J. White, Chief Revenue Officer

What's New in the Spring 2026 Release

The April update lands four headline features and dozens of supporting refinements across the platform:

Feature One
Live-Sync Pulse Check Matrix
House goals now flow automatically into a 9-KPI × 5-Level Pulse Check matrix. Change a goal, watch every tier redistribute in real time. No toggle, no spreadsheet export — the matrix is the live source of truth for every rep on the team.
Feature Two
AI-First Engine
Auto-insights, smart alerts, daily briefings, and a proactive coach now run continuously in the background. PULSE's optional Fixator mode goes a step further — autonomously re-routing stale leads, fixing data drift, and rebalancing pipelines without waiting for a human to approve every move.
Feature Three
Break-Even Scheduling Math
The new Rep Scheduling Matrix takes the daily team gross-profit target and divides it by the average GP a rep produces in a single shift. The result is the exact minimum number of reps the floor needs that day — and a clean breakdown of 6-hour shifts across the open, mid-day, and close windows.
Feature Four
Rebuilt 36-Step Walkthrough
Every step of the interactive product tour was rewritten for operators who have never touched a CRM. Steps now ghost-type real values, ghost-click real buttons, narrate in plain English, and animate live calculations — including a new honeycomb visualization that walks viewers through the Gross Profit Calculator KPI by KPI.

Built for the Strip Mall, Not the Boardroom

White, a 22-year veteran of Verizon Cellular Sales who served on the operational team that scaled the enterprise to $3 billion in revenue, has been explicit about the audience for PULSE: small-to-medium businesses without enterprise budgets, RevOps teams of one, and first-time sales managers who inherited a CRM they don't fully understand. The April update doubles down on that thesis.

"The first version of the walkthrough assumed the operator had used Salesforce or HubSpot," White said. "That was the wrong assumption. The next ten million RevOps people don't have a CRM background. They have a Square reader, a phone, and a problem. This update talks to that person."

Free Forever, No Login Required

Consistent with the original PULSE thesis, every feature in the April release ships under the same license: free, no signup, no paywall, no upsell. The platform runs entirely in the browser, installs as a desktop app on any modern operating system, and works offline. Teams who want to sync deals across devices can do so with a 4-character team code and no email required.
