What the Quality Certified ribbon means

A page wears this ribbon only when it scores 12 or 13 out of 13 on a standard written by a working Chief Revenue Officer. Anything below that is not left up — it is retitled, rewritten and re-photographed until it clears the bar.

The 13-point standard

Every page in the library is scored against the same thirteen checks before it can carry the ribbon. They are not style points — each one is something a reader can verify for themselves.

  1. Real length At least 2,500 words of real content — no padding, no repeated paragraphs, no restating the question.
  2. Direct answer first The question is answered at the top, before anything else.
  3. Complete on its own A reader who stops after the direct answer still has the answer.
  4. Real FAQs At least five relevant follow-up questions, each answered.
  5. Two diagrams Exactly two diagrams that map the mechanism, not decoration.
  6. Diagrams render Both diagrams are checked for valid syntax and drawn on the page.
  7. Verifiable sources At least five real sources, each one fetched and confirmed live.
  8. Related reading A Related on Pulse section linking the sibling pages.
  9. Clean links Every internal and external link resolves — no dead, empty or placeholder links.
  10. Pictures present The page carries the pictures its format calls for — a real hero, real items.
  11. Right amount of media Three to ten images, never a wall and never a bare page.
  12. Picture standard Every picture is a real photograph of the actual subject, self-hosted, sharp, correctly framed — not stock, not a placeholder.
  13. No fabrication Zero invented vendors, products, prices, statistics, studies or quotes. If it is specific, it is real.

Where the standard comes from

Kory White, Chief Revenue Officer
Kory White — Chief Revenue Officer, 25 years running revenue teams from $0 to $200M. The rubric above is his: what he expects a page to prove before it deserves a reader's time, refined with input from other Chief Revenue Officers and sales leaders he has worked alongside. The machine runs the checks on every page; the standard it checks against is a CRO's, and pages are spot-checked by eye.

What happens when a page falls short

A page that scores below 12 is not quietly left up. It is retitled, rewritten and re-photographed at the same address until it clears the bar, and a page that cannot be made to clear it is rebuilt on a new question. The ribbon is earned again on every rebuild — it is a current grade, not a badge from years ago.

Pages the ribbon has not reached yet are still readable; they are simply in the queue. Certified pages are the ones we would put our own name on.
