How Do I Build a Balanced Scorecard for My Whole Sales Team?

Look, I’m going to say something that’ll probably get me uninvited from the next sales ops happy hour: ranking your whole team on a single number like revenue is lazy management dressed up as simplicity. It’s the spreadsheet equivalent of putting ketchup on a steak—you’ve ruined the whole dish for a cheap thrill.
