PULSE RevOps Launches 'Leader Hub' — The First Operating System Built Around a Sales Manager's Week

Not another dashboard. An operational command center that pulls Today's Top 3, a date-driven monthly playbook, per-rep coaching scripts, standup briefs, weekly recaps, and a goal-pacing forecast from live CRM data — every refresh.

ANNAPOLIS, MD — April 16, 2026PULSE RevOps, the free revenue operating system built by Chief Revenue Officer Kory J. White, today launched Leader Hub — a new top-level section of the dashboard designed around the sales manager's actual week instead of around the data the manager has to interpret. Leader Hub is live now at pulserevops.com/dashboard.html and is the first thing every leader sees when they open the platform.

"Every sales tool I have ever used asks me to do the synthesis. It shows me a wall of charts and says: figure out what to do today. Leader Hub flips that. It tells you exactly what to do today, who to coach, which deal to save, and how the month is actually pacing — in one screen, before you even scroll. The only question I want a manager asking on a Monday morning is which of the three things should I do first." — Kory J. White, Chief Revenue Officer

Designed Around the Manager's Week, Not the Data

Most sales tools are built for analysts. They surface charts, dashboards, and pivot tables, then expect the leader to derive a plan. Leader Hub inverts that: it consumes the same CRM data and outputs actions — what to do today, this week, and this month — based on real signals from the underlying deal pipeline.

The interface is anchored by a single auto-generated TL;DR sentence at the top: "You're at 74% to quota with 8 days left and 4 stalled deals. Save Acme Corp ($45,000)." That one line summarizes everything else on the page and tells the leader what action will move the needle most before they read further.

Eight Operational Surfaces, One Hub

Surface One
Today's Top 3 Priorities
Auto-curated from live CRM data. Today's playbook action, the largest stalled deal worth saving, and the largest late-stage deal worth pushing — each clickable as a one-touch action that logs to history.
Surface Two
Goal Progress + Forecast
A live progress bar that shows actual % to quota against the day-of-month expected pace, plus a straight-line projection of where the team will land at end-of-month at current pace. Verdict tier: "on pace" / "tight finish" / "triage now" / "CRITICAL."
Surface Three
Date-Driven Monthly Playbook
Nine specific moves dated across the month — set goals on day 1, mid-month pulse on day 15, end-of-month scoring on day 28 — and Leader Hub knows which one is due today. Exportable as an .ics calendar feed for Outlook or Google Calendar.
Surface Four
My Team — Live Roster
Every rep on the team's live Firebase roster, each with a per-rep Pulse Check rhythm level (L1 Recovering up to L5 Elite) computed from win rate, volume, pipeline value, and stalled-deal count. One click opens a Coach Now modal with a script tailored to that rep's specific signal.
Surface Five
Standup + Weekly Recap Generators
Two AI-formatted text generators that turn the day's CRM state into a copy-paste team brief or a Friday close-out recap, complete with MVP detection and historical archives of every brief generated.
Surface Six
Risk Spotlight
Top three stalled deals by value, each with one-click rescue actions: Call, Email, Lost. Every action logs to history. The leader can triage three deals in fifteen seconds without leaving the Hub.
Surface Seven
Auto-Insights · Live
Six pattern detectors firing on the live CRM: pipeline concentration risk, rep load imbalance, win-rate signal, stalled-value warnings, late-stage volume calls, and quota-gap urgency. Each insight comes with a one-sentence call to action.
Surface Eight
Standup Mode + Print Brief
Fullscreen presentation mode for in-person daily standups (project on a TV, every number readable from across the room) plus a print-optimized one-page layout for offline distribution.

The Whole Thing Runs in One Browser Tab

Leader Hub is built into the existing PULSE dashboard and requires no separate signup, no integration, no new account. It pulls from the same Firebase roster the rest of the platform uses, the same local CRM storage, and the same team session token. A leader can open the Hub on a phone, a laptop, and a tablet — and see the same live state on each.

The full layered notification system — browser tab title badge, audio ping, desktop notifications, in-nav alert bell — lights up whenever the leader's stalled-deal count goes up or quota pace falls behind. Leaders never have to remember to check the Hub; the Hub tells them when it's time to look.

Free, Like Everything Else on PULSE

Leader Hub ships under the same license as every other module on the platform: free, no signup, no paywall, no seat license, no upsell path. Every generated brief, recap, action history entry, daily reflection, and setting can be exported as a single JSON backup file and imported on another browser or device.

For White — who continues to openly pursue his next Chief Revenue Officer role — Leader Hub is the most explicit version yet of his founding thesis for PULSE. "There is a category of software that costs $40,000 a year per leader to do roughly half of what Leader Hub does. I did not build this to compete with that. I built it because the version that matters — the one that actually runs a sales manager's Tuesday morning — does not exist. So we made it free. Because the next ten million sales managers are not getting a $40k seat license. They need this on a Tuesday."
