Your standard discount authority is 20% for deals under $200k ACV. Anything above requires VP of Sales, Finance, and Legal sign-off.”

Distribute the deal packet (printed or digital) containing:

3. The Approval Roleplay: Gate 1 – Discount Authority (25 min)
